Why settle for basic carpet cleaning when you can have deep down cleaning that removes even the toughest soils and stains?
Ringstad Carpet Cleaning uses an exclusive deep clean process powered by self-contained truck-mounted cleaning units. The use of truck-mounted units provides a thorough, deep hot water extraction (steam) cleaning by using consistently high temperature, fresh water and the most powerful vacuum suction.
This means that we can remove tough stains that other methods leave behind. Additionally, our truck-mounted units provide a faster drying time (about 8-10 hours or less). Our faster drying time combined with deeper carpet cleaning, means our technicians can ensure that you come home to fluffy, clean carpets with no excess moisture or sticky residue.
The hot water extraction (steam cleaning) method is a restorative deep cleaning process that is favored by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This deep cleaning method is also preferred by all of the major carpet fiber producers and leading carpet manufacturers.
Most carpets manufacturer’s warranties require annual cleaning by a professional using the hot water extraction method.
Your upholstery sees a lot of living. From kicking your feet up at the end of a long day, to enjoying your favorite snacks in front of the TV, to curling up with your furry best friends, it is easy to see how your upholstery can become stained, worn, and tainted with unpleasant smells. Deep cleaning removes those issues and refreshes your upholstery.
With over 25 years of experience, our knowledgeable team understands the fibers of upholstery and can provide safe, effective cleaning to help your furniture last longer. With one call, you can schedule your truck-mounted cleaning of all types of upholstery. This safe and effective deep cleaning removes stains, deodorizes, and sanitizes resulting in healthier, more appealing furniture.
We handle all levels of soiling of your upholstery. Whether it is an old piece, a fantastic thrift store find, or just a victim of pets and children, we will deep clean and refresh your furniture.
Stain and Odor Removal
If your carpet has stains or odors because of spills, pets, cigarette smoke, or more, Ringstad can remove most spots and odors with our knowledge of spotting for each situation and stain.
Our technicians can also apply fabric protectors to make your carpets and upholstery more soil and stain resistant in the future. It’s a wise investment, particularly for light colored carpets and carpets that take a lot of wear with children, animals and heavy traffic.
Spots vs Stains
Not all stains can be removed completely, even with the use of professional spotting agents. Due to dye characteristics, PH effects, oxidation and other reactions, some stains may be improved but not completely removed.
A spot is a foreign substance on fabric, such as a spill of coffee, wine, or even pet urine. Depending on how long a spot remains on fabric, the type of fabric, and a number of other factors, the actual fabric may have been dyed or its structure may have been damaged and this is called a stain (an example would be pet urine left untreated on wool rugs for days, or a bleach spill which will permanently change the carpet color). For these reasons Ringstad can offer NO GUARANTEE ON THE REMOVAL OF STAINS.
If you or anyone in your family have allergies to pet dander, pollen or even household dust, a deep carpet cleaning can reduce common household allergens by up to 94%. By removing the allergens that cause allergic reactions, and asthma attacks, your home becomes cleaner and healthier. For those with severe allergies or asthma, the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America recommends your carpets be cleaned 3 to 4 times a year by a certified professional carpet cleaning service.

Flooded basement? Overflowing sink or toilet? Pipe break in the crawl space? Regardless of the cause, water damage is more serious than you might think. Many homeowners may think it just needs to be sopped up with towels, turn on some fans and open the windows to let the place air out. Unfortunately, this isn’t always enough. Here’s a look at why you need to call a restoration professional when you experience water or flood damage in your home or business:
Standards: Restoration professionals dry following the IICRC S500 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration. The way that we handle each case is dictated by the type of water damage.
There are three categories of water damage, ranging from 1 to 3 – the higher the number, the more contaminated the water.
Our trained technicians at Ringstad use the best equipment to get the job done right and follow proper protocol when doing it, regardless of the category of water. We ensure a successful outcome for each and every job. This is why we are called the "Disaster Masters"!

Strict guidelines are required for proper mold removal. Don't listen to well meaning friends who tell you how to "kill" the mold. Killing the mold creates a more dangerous situation.
Remediation of mold is not just about killing it. Mold remediation requires physically removing the mold. Toxic mold in homes can cause allergies and serious health issues for your family.
The only acceptable way to return a mold contaminated environment to a healthy and safe condition is to completely remove the mold. Killing the mold only creates a more dangerous condition. Dead mold and spores are easily airborne and inhaled deeply into your lungs.
We are certified mold inspectors, as well as certified in mold remediation. It may be required to call in a third party mold testing company who can swab areas of the home to test for the mold type. Not all molds are the same and some pose a greater risk than others. To read more about mold types and mold exposure symptoms click this link.
